2. Cancellation Conditions
Services not yet started may be cancelled more flexibly. Once discovery, design, development, content, license or third-party work begins, cancellation is evaluated based on completed work.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be full or partial depending on the progress of the project, delivered work, third-party costs and approved scope.
4. Non-refundable Items
Domain, hosting, software license, theme, plugin, third-party service, payment provider and external integration costs may be outside the refund scope.
5. Revisions
Revision rights are applied within the agreed project scope. New requests outside the original scope may be quoted separately.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method or bank transfer where technically possible.
